CUSTOM.ME launches Bespoke Essence, a fully customizable skincare product

CUSTOM.ME, Amorepacific’s brand known for its customizable skin care products, unveiled its new product Bespoke Essence. This new product is the epitome of Amorepacific’s next-generation customized beauty service that meets the lifestyle demands of individual consumers based on the company’s technology and more than 1 million items of skin data, advanced even further with artificial intelligence.


Bespoke Essence is available on the CUSTOM.ME Plus application and CUSTOM.ME’s official website. Customers will first need to take a photo of their face on their mobile phone from the skin analysis page either on the app or the website. The skin’s condition, including wrinkles, pigmentation, pores, and redness (sensitiveness), is then analyzed using AI technology. Based on the customer’s responses to the questionnaire, a personalized product is made by combining two effective ingredients and the formula that best suits the skin concerns and daily habits.


The design of the product label can also be hand-picked from the combinations of 20 different colors and initials of choice. All the data collected from the process can be viewed in the form of a personal skin analysis report, and customers are offered the chance to receive a 1:1 expert consultation for four weeks following their purchase.


According to a CUSTOM.ME official, “We are launching the product in the hopes that it will meet the needs of our potential customers who each have their own different skin concerns. We expect the product to give the customers a chance to experience a truly personalized skincare solution that takes into account not only their skin condition, but also their lifestyle.”
